With the stage 4 restrictions, we are able to do below:

  1. Provide onsite quotation and renovation works if your property is vacant.
  2. Provide estimated quotations to Genuine Customers Only for bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovation if you can email photos of your current rooms to be renovated to our email address info@blissknoxrenovations.com.au together with below information:
  • Your full name and property address and email address.
  • Dimensions of the rooms to be renovated (e.g. ensuite 2.4m W * 2m D * 2.4m H).
  • Your budget range for this renovation.
  • If the renovation is to be finished within specific date, please specify.
  1. Do renovations if you have non-functional bathroom or kitchen or laundry and they are the only bathroom, kitchen or laundry in the home you are living in.

Once email received, we will contact you if further information required and provide estimated quotation.  Once quote fit within your budget, we will discuss further regarding final quotation with onsite inspection.

  • Free onsite quotation suburbs:  including Wantirna, Knoxfield, Bayswater, Boronia, Vermont South, Ringwood, Mitcham, Nunawading, Forest Hill, Mitcham, Heathmont, Ferntree Gully, Rowville, Blackburn, Glen Waverley.  Free onsite quotation available if your budget for 1 bathroom renovation is $15k-25k plus including labor plus fittings and tiles.  This pricing is based on average of last 100 bathrooms we have renovated.
  • Suburbs we service with $165 fee for onsite quotation including: Wheelers Hills, Endeavour Hills, Doncaster, Donvale, Box Hill.   It is subject to if your budget fits in our pricing specified as above.
